hitching a ride

While in the neighborhood walking Daisy, we bumped into some friendly neighbors. The kids were playing in a motorized princess-mobile. When they offered to let Tyler ride shotgun, Mommy said yes. It was clear that Tyler adored the kid-sized moving car, but when it came time to get in with the new friends he was a little hesitant. After just a little urging from Mommy he got in and we strapped on his seat belt. It was a good thing; once they were cruising along he hopped up and down in place squealing with delight.
