After attending the Parkers' wedding, we took some additional vacation time so we could tour around the Boston area and visit with my sister and her family who live in the area. On our first day we did as pirates do, ARRGGH!

We have been looking forward to this wedding for quite some time and are very happy for Lynne and Craig. Picturesque Gloucester, Mass. was the perfect setting and the wedding ranked in the top handful of really fun weddings that I have attended. Congratulations to the Parkers!

Did I mention that after a few drinks I can slip into a pretty good Boston accent and talk it up with the bartender like I'm a local?

We headed to Annapolis to get my wedding ring touched up and while there was able to sneak in a lunch with Oma, Uncle Dylan and Marybeth. The kids love their Uncle Dylan!

When Tyler and Jenna are particularly well behaved, we sometimes treat them to frozen yogurt at Tutti Frutti. Mmmm, one of the family's favorite. And now we have one that opened up closer to our house.

For the second year in a row, we headed to Round Bay Beach during the 4th of July weekend. We couldn't ask for a nicer day this year. Lots of sand, sun and fun! And Jenna took to the water like a fish, no fear!
